Sea'ing Your Body
The body is not a problem to be solved. It is a sea to be entered.
This practice map is an invitation to navigate inward — not to fix, analyse, or improve what you find, but to become familiar with the territory. The sea has always been there. You are simply learning to read its currents.
There are five waters. Each one is a region of inner experience. You do not need to visit them in order, and you do not need to stay in any one for long. What matters is that you arrive — fully, without agenda — and allow what is present to be present.
Bring yourself to a comfortable position. Let your eyes soften or close. Take one breath that you actually feel — the air entering, the chest or belly rising, the slow release.
You are not going anywhere. You are arriving.
You will get lost. This is not a failure — it is the practice. Every time you notice that you have drifted into thought, into planning, into the story of what this experience means, you have already returned. The noticing is the return.
The sea does not judge the waves. It simply holds them.
